It is finally upon us. Tomorrow is Election Day here in the United States. Polls in New York State will open at 6am and close at 9pm. For those impacted by Hurricane Sandy, you can check the New York Board of Elections page to see if your polling location has been moved. Due to concern about those in devastated areas being unable to vote; Governor Andrew Cuomo has signed an executive order allowing those living in storm ravaged areas to vote by affidavit at any polling place in New York.
I will be spending most of the morning and afternoon helping Congressman Tim Bishop’s reelection campaign to get out the vote. Then later that night I will be attending the Mark West Quad-annual Election Day Party. I would love to hear how you will be spending Election Day. Let me know in the comments section.
